The CDC recommends, as a first line of defense, that all homeowners implement a regular cleaning and disinfecting program to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Our disinfecting protocol is based upon the latest technology and science available, and we use only EPA-registered, Hospital-Grade products that have been proven effective against the Human Corona Virus, SARS CoV-2, which is the cause of COVID-19.
Nico-Decon technicians will initially fog the entire home with ULV (Ultra Low Volume) fogging machines which results in an ultra-fine mist of EPA-approved disinfectant being applied to all the surfaces. Following a "Dwell Time" of 10 minutes to allow the disinfectant to work, our technicians will wipe down all high-touch point surfaces as per CDC guidelines. We finish up by applying a long-lasting anti-microbial coating to all surfaces which acts a "Shield" preventing microorganisms from reattaching to surfaces.
We also offer water remediation services to quickly dry and dehumidify your home after a flood event.
YES. The disinfectants are safe for all surfaces. After the application you will need to stay out of your home for up to 2 hours to allow complete drying. If you notice any wet spots upon reentry, avoid contact with your skin, and simply wipe up with paper towels and then discard.
YES. The ingredients in the disinfectant were chosen because of their ability to naturally degrade within the environment. They are fragrance-free, non-corrossive, and safe for sensitive electronics. They also leave no visible residue.
Our charges are based on the total square footage to be treated, and we have a minimum fee of $250. However we offer considerable discounts for signing up for an annual contract (4 times per year).

We are proud to announce that Nico-Decon is one of the first firms to become a certified member of the new PR2 Alliance (Pathogen Response & Resource Alliance) which establishes a soon-to-be national standard for COVID-19 disinfection and decontamination to ensure employee-and-consumer protection.
We are excited to announce the creation of a new service sector for Nico Energy Services, a COVID-19 Decontamination and Disinfecting division named “Nico-Decon”. We are now a proud member of the new Pathogen Response & Resource Alliance (PR2), just the second company in the US to meet this soon-to-be governing standard.
It was during our search for a national safety training protocol to educate our employees in dealing with COVID-19 that I learned there was none. However, it was also during this search I came across the Pathogen Response & Recourse Alliance (PR2), whose mission is to establish a National COVID-19 Disinfecting Protocol to ensure the public safety.
In the last several weeks we have been engaged in getting each of our existing employees and new hires trained and certified through PR2. This most recent Oil & Gas downturn has forced us to be creative to keep our business viable, and this has compelled us to create Nico-Decon. This double-whammy has created a great societal need that we can respond to by shifting the core focus of our already highly trained staff. Our staff is revitalized, refocused and excited to serve on the front lines of what will be seen in the future as “The Great American Reopening of 2020”
At Nico-Decon we take disinfecting & decontamination to a higher standard. Our mission is to be on the front-line in implementing the PR2 mission of “providing a standard of care for employers, building owners, and employees to reduce exposure and risk to COVID-19.” We aim to provide the highest standard of care for commercial and industrial disinfection and infection prevention as directed by PR2.
We have traditionally served the Oil & Gas along with Petrochemical industries, but now we also will be serving Healthcare, Manufacturing & Industrial Sites, Hotels, Local/State/National Government Facilities, Casinos, Transportation and Emergency Services.
We are presently outfitting multiple units that will be servicing Hobbs, New Mexico, San Antonio, Texas and the South Louisiana Gulf Coast Region.
The CDC recommends that all businesses and government offices adopt regular cleaning and disinfecting protocols to minimize health risks to both employees and customers. They recently published new instructional & educational pamphlets to educate employers and employees of their public safety obligations and workplace rights.
If you want to ensure that your building or facilities and employees are adequately prepared to open to the public in a safe manner--Call Nico-Decon to schedule a free risk assessment and setup a contract for disinfecting services.
Your employees are the first line of defense against the spread of COVID-19, so allow us to properly train them and make your enterprise a “COVID-19 COMPLIANT” business where consumers feel safe to interact and conduct business.
Those businesses that thrive in this new normal will be those who make their employees and customers see, smell and feel they are in a safe and sanitary environment.
It’s our mission to help create safe environments so we can live more abundantly.
